Become a Key Account

If you're a developer and need a Key Account ID, please call toll-free 1-877-576-7200 or
604-576-7200 (Greater Vancouver area).

When you qualify as a Key Account, you will have access to a dedicated service request line and a unique account number that automatically identifies you and your project(s).

Access your Key Account services

1. Use your new Key Account ID and phone number to contact us.
2. Provide the proper civic address for each meter set location (including unit number).
3. Call us early during your planning phase — long lead times really help. Short notice seriously limits our flexibility!
4. Keep us informed about your progress — we can re-schedule as often as necessary.
5. When our field crews call, confirm site readiness and job details.
6. Pass this information along to your site superintendent and project managers.
