To address this concern, we developed a Qualified Dealer Program for Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast, designed to meet the needs of Terasen Gas, heating contractors and customers.

 

A Qualified Dealer is an independent heating contractor who meets the defined performance criteria of Terasen Gas and who is licensed by the British Columbia Safety Authority. To serve the energy needs of our mutual customers, Terasen Gas and Qualified Dealers have important obligations both to our customers and each other.

 

We recognize each Qualified Dealer as an independent business and understand the expectations dealers and consumers have of us as the energy provider.
