For your convenience, we provide online access to your Terasen Gas account. Simply log in to your account to:
- view current and past statements and payments
- download your gas consumption information
- receive e-mail notification when your bill is ready to be viewed
- submit your meter readings
Log in instructions
Depending on your account type, the first time you log in to your account online you will need to do one of the following:
Small business customers - Use your account number as your user ID and your phone number as your initial password. Once you've logged into your account, create a new, secure ID and password that will be easy to remember.
Large commercial and industrial customers – Use your account number as both your user ID and your initial password. Once you've logged into your account, create a new, secure ID and password that will be easy to remember.
Banish your paper bill
It's easy to access your natural gas bill online instead of being mailed a paper bill. Just log in to your account and select 'Statement Notification' under 'Online Account Options'. Check 'retrieve statements online' and provide your e-mail address. Be sure to add us to your safe sender list if you use a spam filtering service.
If you want to revert back to paper bills in the future, log into your account and change your selection back to 'mail statements to me'.
