Gas services for new construction, renovations or adding load
To arrange gas services for new construction, renovations, or adding load, download the gas service installation application form in Word (307 KB) or PDF (169 KB) and submit it by phone, fax , mail or e-mail.
Include the following when you submit your application:
- the quantity and type of gas appliances to be connected,
- your inlet delivery pressure, and
- the name and phone number of your heating contractor.
To have gas service removed, for example for a building demolition, download the gas abandonment application form in Word (266 KB) or PDF (23 KB) and submit it by phone, fax, mail , or email.
