We have comforting solutions that will simplify bill payments and eliminate the worry for you.
  1. Add your name to their account, so you will be authorized to discuss the account with Terasen Gas.
    To add your name to someone’s account or to use your mailing address,* please have the account holder call Terasen Gas at 1-888-224-2710 to authorize it. To sign up for the Pre-authorized Payment Plan, go to Accounts & Billing where you’ll find more information and an application to download.
  2. Use your mailing address on the account. All bills and correspondence will be mailed directly to you.
  3. Automate the payment. Through the Terasen Gas Pre-authorized Payment Plan, bill payments are automatically debited every month from a designated chequing account. There’s no fee for joining, and the person you’re assisting will appreciate the convenience.
