With our convenient Pre-Authorized Payment Plan, we automatically withdraw your bill payments from your bank account.
The amount your financial institution charges to process your transaction varies, depending on the type of financial institution and the type of account you maintain. The amount you are charged should not exceed the cost your bank would otherwise charge you for processing a cheque.
You may instruct your bank to stop payment at any time prior to the pre-authorized payment clearing your account.
If you would like to withdraw from the plan, just call the phone number on your bill or e-mail indicating that you wish to cancel your enrolment. We require at least two business days cancellation notice.
To enrol in the plan, please print, complete and sign the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan application form (PDF 221 KB). Return the form along with a voided personal cheque. If you would like us to mail you an application form instead, please call us at 1-888-224-2710.
