epost
Terasen Gas has partnered with
epost, Canada's only consolidated online bill presentment and payment service, to provide you with another way to receive and pay your bill.
It's like having Canada Post deliver your Terasen Gas bill right to your computer - with no paper to clutter things up.
Online convenience
With epost you can:
- Store your bills and documents for up to seven years and conveniently sort them by date or name for quick access.
- Create a "household box," so that your household bills can be consolidated in one location.
- Forward bills to family and friends via their epost box within the epost service.
- Arrange for e-mail notifications and schedule bill payment reminders for a particular date.
Pay your bills with epost
With epost you can pay your bills from two places.
- Your online banking web site. epost "powers" the electronic bill presentment portion of your online banking web site. This means that you can view and pay your bills through epost at the same time, while you bank online.
- At www.epost.ca. For your convenience, in addition to viewing your bills, you can also pay your bills through epost. There are three ways to pay your bills through the epost web site:
- by clicking on a link to your online banking site
- via electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- via a credit card
Once your payment method has been chosen, when a bill arrives in your epost box, you simply click on the 'Pay' link located on the left navigation bar of the bill statement and follow the instructions.
epost automatically fills your bill amount into the "amount owing" field of your bill payments page. Your payment will be processed and you'll be given a reference number to confirm your payment.
