About Account Online
For your convenience, we provide online access to your Terasen Gas account. Simply log in to your account to
- view your bill statement and current amount owing (in the financial history section)
- view and download your past gas usage
- submit your own meter reading
- sign up to receive e-mail notification when your bill is ready to be viewed
How to access Account Online
The orange Account Log In button appears in the upper right corner of every page of the Terasen Gas website. Clicking this button will take you to Account Online where you will enter your log in information.
Helpful hints for first-time visitors* to Account Online
- Use your Terasen Gas account number as your user ID.
- Use the last 7 digits of your home phone number as your password.
- Do not use spaces or hyphens when typing your password.
*If you are a returning user of Account Online, remember you may have changed your password to something only you know. If you don’t recall the password, you’ll have to phone our customer service number at 1-888-224-2710.
Banish your paper bill
It's easy to access your natural gas bill online instead of being mailed a paper bill.
- Log in to your account and select 'Statement Notification' under 'Online Account Options'.
- Check 'retrieve statements online' and provide your e-mail address.
- Be sure to add us to your safe sender list if you use a spam filtering service.
If you want to revert back to paper bills in the future, log in to your account and change your selection back to 'mail statements to me.'
