Gas services for new construction and renovation projects
To arrange gas services for new construction or renovation projects, download the gas service installation application form in Word (594 KB) or PDF (192 KB) and submit it by phone, fax , mail, or e-mail.
Include the following when you submit your application:
- the quantity and type of gas appliances to be connected,
- your inlet delivery pressure, and
- the name and phone number of your heating contractor.
To have gas service removed, for example for a building demolition, download the gas abandonment application form in Word (266 KB) or PDF (266 KB) and submit it by phone, fax, mail , or email.

Starting a new account with Terasen Gas
Please note that there is a $25 application fee to cover administrative costs when opening a new account. Also, some new customers may be required to provide a security deposit.
Are you moving?
Avoid being charged for gas usage after you've moved. Let us know well in advance, and no later than two working days beforehand, that you want to stop service.
