Enter your own meter reading
We only take an actual meter reading on alternate months. Every other month we estimate your consumption based on your average usage. If you'd prefer, you can let us know what your actual meter reading is by phone or online.
If Terasen Gas has your current phone number on record you can register to use
Account Online today. Enter your meter's reading and we'll bill you accordingly. If you'd prefer, you can also call Customer Service at
1-888-224-2710 and enter meter readings via the phone. Have your customer account number handy and simply follow the voice prompts to enter the meter reading information.
If you provide us with a meter reading within two days of your scheduled meter reading date, we will use your submission to directly calculate your bill rather than making an estimate. Alternatively, if you provide us with a reading that is more than one day in advance of your scheduled meter reading date, our billing process will use your submission to calculate a more accurate estimate of your consumption.
