Customers who wish to return to the Terasen Gas variable rate should contact their gas marketer or check their contract for details on how to terminate their consumer agreement.
Customers should contact their gas marketer at least 90 days before the anniversary date if they want to terminate their contract.
Gas marketer contract penalties and stipulations vary. Terasen Gas does not charge customers any fees if they choose to return to the variable rate.
