Terasen Gas to post career opportunities on NationTalk

SURREY, B.C. – Looking for a job that fits comfortably? The search just got easier. The company has also looked to the Chemainus First Nation for support during the construction of our liquefied natural gas storage facility at Mt. Hayes, near Ladysmith, and the collaboration has been invaluable to the success of this project. Another opportunity for Terasen Gas to strengthen its partnerships with Aboriginal communities arose as we planned to extend our natural gas pipeline to the Resort Municipality of Whistler. Working closely with the Squamish Nation and Lil'wat First Nation throughout this project enabled Terasen Gas to establish agreements that would ensure training and other benefits for both communities.
