Committed to British Columbia's energy needs, Terasen Gas provides safe, reliable and innovative energy solutions. We deliver energy to 96 per cent of the province's natural gas customers, approximately 940,000 customers, in more than 125 communities. In addition to natural gas, Terasen Gas develops and delivers alternative energy solutions, including district energy and geoexchange, for today and tomorrow.
Terasen Gas operates three natural gas and propane assets:
Terasen Gas Inc. — serving most of mainland BC from Vancouver east to the Kootenays and north to communities including Mackenzie, Chetwynd and Fort Nelson
Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. — serving Vancouver Island, Powell River and the Sunshine Coast
Terasen Gas (Whistler) Inc. — providing natural gas to the Resort Municipality of Whistler
Terasen Gas is regulated by the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC).
